SGP Site Weekly Coordination Meeting Minutes

The SGP Site Weekly Coordination Meeting is a teleconference involving the SGP Site Scientist and his staff, the SGP Site Program Manager, the SGP Site Operations Manager and his staff, the ARM Chief Scientist, the ARM Technical Director, the ARM Instrument Team leader, the ARM Data and Science Integration Team leader, the ARM Engineering Group Leader, and the ARM liaison for the Scientific Working Groups (aka, the ARM Science Team).

Site status, including site operations, IDPCs, data quality, and site development, is discussed, along with current and future IOPs and campaigns and other important current issues. The meeting is used for planning and assessment purposes, and for initiating actions as appropriate.
