III. Recommendations to improve storm event analysis
We recognize that not everyone has the same level of resources as we have here in central Oklahoma, so these ideas are presented in decreasing order of priority. That is, as resources permit, more and more of these items can be done:
(1) Try to match begin and end times to radar signatures when no other evidence is available
(2) Unless damage locations are known, use radar to correct locations if it is felt that spotter location was given instead of tornado location
